Welcome to Sites and Visions

This section of the website, which works in conjunction with the Sites and Visions DVD, offers an insight into potential ways of engaging in the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage site through creativity.

The web pages support the DVD by providing practical guidance and information on how to carry out the activities seen on the DVD for yourselves. Within each of the sections on the right, you will find instructions for doing the activities (including downloadable documents), ideas for resources, more about the artists and projects, useful links for more information and also ways in which the activities link up with the national curriculum.
