The Winter Lecture Series: Building Preservation Trusts
This year's annual lecture series at The Arkwright Society will look at the work of Building Preservation Trusts. David Trevis-Smith, Chair of the UK Association of Building Preservation Trusts, will introduce the series.

Mike Slinn, Chairman of the Dronfield Heritage Trust, talks about the rescue of Dronfield Hall Barn, apparently at 17th century threshing barn but holding a secret inside where much of the king post framework of a 15th century manor house is to be found. This is being re-developed into a heritage and cultural activities centre.
