Description

Discover the Cromford Canal and Cromford and High Peak Railway with the knowledgeable Engine house Wardens as they guide you around the working Middleton Top Engine.  A leisurely walk down the trail, learning more about the railway, finishes at Leawood Pumphouse.

Meet: High Peak Junction car park for a shuttle service to Middleton Top
Equipment: Sensible shoes, suitable clothing and packed lunch to enjoy at Middleton Top
Cost: Adults: £3, Children: £1.50, Under fives: FREE, Concessions: £1.50, Family ticket (2 adults and up to 3 children): £7.50.  Parking charges apply.
Location: OS ref SK314 560 (no postcode) Follow the brown tourist signs from Cromford.
