Chatsworth: A Living Estate
Home to the Cavendish family for nearly 500 years Chatsworth has rightly deserved the unofficial title ‘Palace of the Peak’. However, Chatsworth is more than just a stateley home, and in her illustrated PowerPoint talk, retired head housekeeper, Christine Robinson, draws on over 40 years’ experience living on the Chatsworth Estate to tell the story of Chatsworth’s very special community, its villages and its way of life.
Time: 7pm – wine and cheese will be served, talk starts at 7.30pm
