KNOWING WHO YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE

Do you know who your customers are? Once you start collecting data you may be surprised! This workshop will inform you about:

  • understanding the type of data to collect
  • how to identify who your customer base is
  • the importance of segmenting and keeping visitor data
  • how to use this to target your marketing for the best return on investment
  • how to target new customers and the best methods for attracting them to your business.

This one-day workshop includes a complimentary lunch and refreshments and is open to all businesses within the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site; from Matlock Bath to Derby and everywhere in between!

Delivered on our behalf by Dina Holland, Director, Peak Insight, Dina is enthusiastic and passionate about training and coaching and can break down complex business information into simple bite sized pieces in an enjoyable learning environment. She has over 30 years’ experience in business as a Business Owner, Sales and Marketing Senior Manager and Director, Business Teacher, Master Trainer, Learning and Development Assessor and World Host Trainer delivering numerous workshops and mentoring throughout the UK.

COSTS AND BOOKING

This workshop is being offered free of charge, thanks to funding received from Heritage Lottery Fund and Arts Council England as part of the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Great Place Scheme and the European Regional Development Fund as part of the Growing and Developing the Visitor Economy within Derbyshire Project.

By booking on to the workshop you are agreeing to attend, should you be unable to attend, failure to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the workshop will result in Marketing Peak District invoicing you for £250 + VAT per person; the commercial cost of the session.
