WALK: BETH’S POETRY TRAIL – BELPER 250

Sat 13th Jun

Part of the Belper Walks Festival. The trail is named after Beth Fender, a local poet who died in 2002. As a tribute, a trail was installed with poems in various locations around Belper that take into account the setting and displayed using a sympathetic medium. The installations were commissioned from Derbyshire artists and some local poets. The walk will be led by two of the founders of the trail and all profits will go towards supporting the maintenance of the trail.

Venue: Start from the River Gardens Bandstand
Time: 10.30am
