Make your own ‘under the sea’ automaton*. In this maker-led workshop you will be guided through the process of making a crank machine, and then use your imagination to bring your machine to life.
The workshop will be led by Andy Miller, who is a trained theatre designer and practitioner and currently our Workshop Technician at the Museum of Making. He has over 40 years of industry experience and will guide participants through the processes of constructing these fun and ingenious machines.
Venue: Museum of Making at Derby Silk Mill
Time: Two workshop times available: 10:15-11:45am or 1 – 2.30pm
