New training is being offered Free on Tuesday 24th & Friday 27th November to help businesses in the World Heritage Site make the most of their location, and learn more about customer focus and marketing. Please read further for more information and how to book.
Is your business making the most of being within the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site? These sessions aim to provide you with the tools and insights to identify who your customers are, making your marketing more effective.
Do you know who your customer are? Once you start collecting data you may be surprised! This workshop will inform you about how to:
- Collect data, understanding the type of data to collect and how to identify who your customer base is
- The importance of segmenting and keeping visitor data to be able to target your marketing for the best return on investment
- You will also gain insights into how to target new customers and the best methods for attracting them to your business.
The sessions are open to all businesses within the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site; from Matlock Bath to Derby! Although we are delivering this workshop online we will make it as interactive as possible, please be ready to switch on your camera and take part!
